Man I'm full

I had some chinese food...a lot of chinese food.sweet and sour chicken, pineapple chicken, fried noodles. I feel so full, stuffed. I'm so full I want to go to sleep. Don't you hate it when you over eat and then you get angry at yourself because you've eaten so much.

New music

Today I asked some people for new music and they really came through I'm really enjoying it right now. I'll tell you guys about the songs when I finish them. Whoa some are perfect I feel. I'm going to score them and believe me I never hold back but goodness some of these song are so great imo.

Where did that come from

Forgot I had this pic from hurricane katrina saved, glad things have got better there, nothing that has happened has made me more angry than what happened there. I think at the time so much stuff was bothering me and I was trying to balance it and that just came along and kicked the blocks down. Man its too easy to let anger take over, especially if you're not a generally angry person. I spent a good time being beyond pissed at life and people, I'm glad I got back to myself though. My friend was cremated this week

The phone rings and I expect it to be him, it's weird to know someone is dead but to still expect a call. The world feels more empty now, some things you just know when they're gone you'll not be able to replace them. If there were 5 people in the world that I would consider good from a human standpoint then there are only 4 left now.
